it is work properly, but, When I save my work and open it next time it is not work outright and (the code I hade entered isn't exist), I have to enter that code again ,and every time I open the sheet I have to enter it, it is not saved with the work
What to do? , How to save it properly?

Make sure you have downloaded and installed all the updates for Microsoft Office.

Try creating a NEW workbook with no data in it, add that code to one of the Sheets, then save it. Open it and see if the code stays in THAT book. If so, you may be facing some unknown corruption in your document.

Given you're using 2007 be sure to save the file as macros-enabled type .xlsm
(the default file type is .xlsx which will not permit VBA)
