How do I insert a LIVE currency converter into an excel workbook

I am using Excel 2010 and would like to include a live currency converter into the work book.

I need to convert from South African Rand to United States dollars.

I have several rows with figures shown in Rand and would like them to be individual converted to US$. I need the Rand figure to remain and the US$ rate to be Shown. Is it possible to have it when you open the workbook the currency converter automatically updates.

I have taught myself and my Knowledge is very limited I often require step by step instructions.

    any thanks

    Rodney

Look at this video. While it is geared for the US Stock Market, I am sure the concept can be adapted to Currency Markets.

    Hi

I have trying for ages to add a live currency converter. I have watched the you tube video so often I can almost recite it.
I have managed to go as far as importing the data from the web site

    http://everydaycalculation.com/curre...FQkCwwodOHcA4Q

But I cant add any figures or undertake any calculations.

I have no idea where I am going wrong
