How do you do automatic find/replace for new data input?

Hi,

I have a data sheet that I add new rows in everyday. Every time I update the sheet with thousands of new rows, I have to do a number of find/replace for certain words. How do I automate the find/replace step so that I don't have to do it again and again for hundreds of words? And all I have to do would be just to paste the new data in and it gets cleaned up the way I want.

You can turn on the macro recorder and let it record you doing the find/replace in the order and columns that are vital to you. Then turn off the recorder. The result should be a macro you can run again in the future to get the same results automatically.
