USEDRANGE Problem - Excel 2010 and LastRow is 1048576

I tried bunch of things to find what making my spreadsheet so large in size and slow. When hitting control end, it takes me to 1048576.

I have tried deleting everything, clearformatting for the spreadsheet and it is still at 3mbs and still slow.

I tried many macros and still no luck.

It's the formatting of your worksheet Costing Bom. Create another unformatted worksheet, copy the sheet code over & delete Costing Bom & the file size shrinks to 95k on my computer

Thanks Philb for your reply. I have already done that. I guess I am trying to find a fix without copying the sheet and readjusting some of the formatting. The file size was normal until I accidentally copy the formatting of one column throughout all the rows.

I have had this problem happen before, so I am looking for an easier fix other.
