HELP REQ ASAP on match formula

Sheet 1 A:A has a list of telephone numbers
Sheet 1 B:B i need to put the name of each company in by doing a search by the telephone number on sheet2

Sheet 2 A:A has all the telephone numbers
Sheet 2 B:B has the company names for the telephone numbers.

A1 = 01516788788
B1 = timetohelp

so what needs to happen. Sheet 1 needs an answer in b1.. The formula will find the telephone number in sheet 1 A1 and go to Sheet 2 and search A:A and find the telephone number and when it does it will give the name of the company in sheet 2 columns B
