Not possible to use a formula to a cell that already you have typed something. You have to use the formula in the next cell OR to use VBA code for this.

Hi,
Have you considered entering the value 1.03 in a spare cell, copying it, selecting the vaue you're interested in and then using Paste Special Multiply?
