Excel List with emails, names and customized text into individual emials

Hi,
I have a quite complex problem, and would need assistence of you guys.

I have a excel list with names, their emails, and a box with a customized text. With around 100 lines/entries.

I want to send "individual" emails out to every one of the persons, in outlook 2007. In this mail I will have text something like that:


Dear <NAME>,

I am very happy to announce that we are able to enroll you to the project group.

<CUSTOMIZED TEXT> (exp. I saw you had birthday lately, happy birthday!)


Kind Regards,
Serah ...


HOW DO I DO THAT? Please help, cannot imagine that there is no solution for that. The internet offers always something slitely different than my issue
