    Hidden shapes

    Hello,

In the file attached i have three hidden circle shapes. Is there a way to find them (selecting them) all in one keyboard shortcut and then delete them? without having to go through the pain of trying to find them one by one...

    Regards,

    Hi,

    Go to the Home ribbon,
    click on Find and Select,
    Choose Select Objects
    Press CTRL+A
This will select the objects (beware that it will select any other objects too!)
    Press Delete
    Regards,
    Rudi

Use Alt F10. This should bring up a window with a list of objects on the sheet and allow you to select one or more using the ctrl key.

I don't think that is possible. One sheet at a time.
A macro can be used to select each sheet in a loop and delete all shapes if there are a lot of sheets.
