Im working on a workbook using macros, but both opening and saving are very slow and 'excel is not responding' flashes on and off when trying either.
Any Ideas?

Heres a screen shot of it while its trying to save.
The picture doesn't give much of a clue as to what is going on. A representative workbook, macros and all with enough simulated data to show the problem would certainly be an asset.

Should i upload the full workbook?
Upload enough to demonstrate the problem but do not include sensitive data.
ive tried uploading but the file is too big. Im not sure which bit is best to upload to help.
