Hello,

I am workin on an Excel document that will list out a number of upcoming events and I would like to add a link to the event name that will prompt readers to add the event to their outlook calendar.

For Example:

June 1, 2014 - Company Picnic
July 7, 2014 - Community Service Day

I would like people to be able to click on the event title to add it to their outlook...not looking to add icons.

Would anyone know how to do this? Also is there anyway to save this document as a PDF and still allow the links to remain active?
