AVERAGEIFS(X$2:X$1000,$AT$2:$AT$1000,1)& TEXT(BE2/BD2," 0%")
The formula is working , but the result is : 3.50239234449761 58%
Formatting the cell did not help.
Can these decimals be slashed? Thanks!

Untested, but you could give it a try.
=text(AVERAGEIFS(X$2:X$1000,$AT$2:$AT$1000,1),"0.00")& TEXT(BE2/BD2," 0%")
