Need to Match and Report all instances

Hello all,

I have four columns with data. I need to Correlate columns 1 and 4. eg. Column 1 = All instances of Column 4. I must do this by matching the values of Column 2 to Column 3. There will/can be multiple instances of the same values in all columns.

Please update your sample workbook so that:

1) It only has 10-20 rows of sample data, just enough to demonstrate the dynamics of the data itself
2) manually mock up the desired results of that smaller data set, much easier to do on small sample data

By showing us exactly what you're wanting to automate, it is much easier to see the goal and suggest a solution.
