Live screen on a server

I have been working on a excel sheet that is collecting all the data from different files on our server.
When i worked only on my own account it worked perfectly, all the live changes in the sources are directly visible on the live screen.
Now I want to display this on the monitor, but unfortunately if someone change something on another account, but same server the change isn't visible.

Is it possible too get this working?
