Sorting payments .

Hi all im a novice at excel
Please help me with a chart i want to make for payments between family members .

Names Amit G Bhavesh C Chetan K Dinesh B Eshter H Farhan Y
Amit G 1300 1400 1800 1900 2300
Bhavesh C 1300 1600 2000 1000 2100
Chetan K 1400 1600 800 600 100
Dinesh B 1800 2000 800 900 200
Eshter H 1900 1000 700 900 250
Farhan Y 2300 2100 100 200 250

How can i find differences if there are any between data entered in columns and rows . Also can a cell be made to become colored if there are differences found ??

I've add formula in Conditional Foramtting section.
On the Home tab, click Conditional Formatting and then click Manage Rules.
