How to protect conditional formatting for accessibel cells in a protected excel file.

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to protect the conditional formatting of accessible cells in a protected sheet.

Detail:
I have a protected excel sheet. However some of the cells are made accessible so others (my secretary) can fill them up. The accessible cells have conditional formatting which become nonfunctional during pasting from other sources if "special paste" is not used.

Thanks for your response, but that does not solve the issue.

I have a protected excel sheet, some of its cells are left accessible so others can enter data. During protecting the sheet all the options are unchecked with the exception of "Access unlocked cells". The accessible cells have conditional formatting which are lost when copying data from other sources if "special paste > Value" is not used. I would like to protect the conditional formats of the accessible cells so when data is copied from other sources and simply pasted (not using special paste) their conditional formats would be preserved.
