    Help My sensitivity analysis shows the same figure throughout.

    Please tell me what I have done wrong and how to fix it I'm pulling my hair out.

    Data is on tab 2.

    The gross income (K4, etc - 46,800) is less than thee mortgage payment (K17, etc, $58,257.19), so the net income is NEGATIVE (K21, etc, -$24,461.66). Your equation in K22 etc, states that no tax is payable on income of 0 or less, so all cash flows are negative and the same.

    Check income & mortgage payments.

    BUT DON'T TELL THEGOVERNMENT. They might think it's a good idea to tax people on negative income.
