Windows x64 vs Windows x32

Why does my application not work since I upgraded to windows 7 x64. I used the same office but my applications does not work any more.

You're gonna have to give us a little more to go on than that/ What application? What isn't working?

After various attempts I found the problem as a form that corrupt and the somehow content missing.
