Here's a macro for expanding rows of data to multiple rows parsing out the values in one column while duplicating all the others.

Rows to Columns - Part 3

Just edit the Col = 2 code to the column you need to expand. There's a sample workbook too you could drop your data into and test it out.


I believe the macro will work as is on your data, then you just need to swap columns B and C of the result to get your final goal.
