Calculating Late/Tardy per interval to FTE equivalent

Hi,

We have been trying to calculate tardiness/late in our workplace. What we need is the total hours per interval that is missing. ex. Employee 1 starts at 8:00AM and came in 8:29AM and Employee 2 starts at 8:00AM and came in at 8:31AM, We should show in 8:00 interval that we have 29 mins + 30 mins late hours and on the 8:30 interval we should show 1 min late hours. any suggestions. How do we compute for the total lost hours per interval. attached is file sample in progress.

Is there a way to make the sumproduct calculate the total hours per interval instead of the FTE equivalent?
