Array shortcut not working

Hey guys, quick question. So I've been following this guide to build a VLOOKUP that returns multiple values. See link below:

When it says to make the formula an array formula using Ctrl + Shift + Enter, I'm pressing it but my formula still stays the same (Still round brackets). I was wondering if anybody would know what the problem is / why it's not working, or an alternate way to make a formula an array one without the Excel shortcut?

The CSE needs to be used to exit the cell. So while the cursor is still blinking at the end of the formula, then Ctrl+Shift+Enter.

Also, since you're using Excel 2010 and not 2003 like in the example, you can shorten the final formula to:

=IFERROR(INDEX($A$1:$B$7,SMALL(IF($A$1:$A$7=$A$10,ROW($A$1:$A$7)),ROW(1:1)),2),"")
