copy and paste

I am looking to see if is possible to copy and paste a worksheet and then remove data( only values not Text) and also not removing formatting and formulas

If you will post a sample of what you start with (all sensitive data removed) and what you are expecting I am sure that someone will suggest a way of doing this.
