Data validation with limit

Total amount payable is 24,000

Monthly installment varies. from 1100 to 2550.

If i select 1100 in cell c4 it should show the same intallemnt across whole of row 4 till it reach maximum amount i.e. 24000. And in the last cell it should show any residual instead of complete installment.

Thanks for the help But there is small problem. total of installments is more than the amount due i.e. 24,000. So last installment should be of residual. Like for example if i choose 1100 and then add from D4 to Y4 it gives me 24,200 which is 200 higher. I want y4 to be 900 i.e (24000-23100)

and similarly for other installments. sum of installments should exactly match total of 24,000
