Toggle button to change values in several tables

Hi,

I have several sheets in a workbook, all with a very similar structure.

Each table contains a column called "Instructed Variations" which contains data entered manually.

I'd like to have a toggle switch that switches the data in all of these columns between the values that are currently in there, or all zeroes.

e.g. switch is "off" = all cells contain their normal values
switch is "on" = all cells contain zero. If I want to get the values back I just turn the switch to "off" again.

What's the easiest way to do this? This is probably dead easy with a macro but I don't have any experience with macros.

You are probably right that it easy with a macro but it is even easier with an "if" statement. How about for each cell the you want to effect:
