Using "Greater than or equal to" in a AVERAGEIFS formula

    Hi,

I am trying to run an averageifs formula where i can input a name into and cell and a start date/end date to pull scores from another sheet.

I am wondering how to phrase the "greater than/less than or equal to" to make the date range work in my formula.

Let me know if you have any questions and thanks for your help!

I attached the file. The 1st sheet has my data. In the second sheet, I would like to input a name, start date, and end date and have if formulas setup the other cells to pull the values.

I currently have my attempt saved in the "average" cell but it has an error.

maybe with an macro to re-arange the data.

after that I used a pivot table to analyze the data.

    See the attached file.
