Conditional Formatting Help

Hi everyone
I am a newbie to conditional formatting and I have some on my sheet but need some help with another part!

In column C I have a date, I have added rules for the date to turn red or green dependant on what date is entered in column J however I also want column C to turn red if J has not yet been completed and todays date is greater than the date in column C. I want this rule to be ignored if column J is completed.

Any ideas?
