Trying to display error message if cell value "> 1" with macro generated value

I have a macro button which basically minuses the values of one row of cells from another. I also have a cell right next to the button to show me how many times I have used it. This is the current code:

What I want to do is if I press the button more than once, the entire function stops and it displays the error message. What currently happens is the error message displays, but the rest of it still runs (the deduction still calculates and the button count still increments +1). Any ideas on how I can prevent it?
