filtering massive number of data

Have you tried Data Filter and it doesn't appear to work as you expect, or have you not yet tried it?

There are a couple of ways. Use Data Autofilter and specify the filter as greater than or equal to -10 AND less than or equal to 10

Alternatively use a Pivot Table and in the PT filter the Lat field

and forget to tell, an small excel file, without confidentional information will do.
