Add an address book to a mileage sheet

Hi guys need your help. I have a spreadsheet that works out my travel mileage.
What im looking to do is add an address book, to which I can add future customers to, into the workbook so that for future mileage claiming all I need do is select the customer and the postcode / mileage will transfer into the original sheet. This will also create me a customer database.

I have included the mileage sheet for you to see

I have no idea how to make this work hence I need your help

You would probably use VLOOKUP() or INDEX/MATCH for this. If you include some sample data, it would help to show what you wanted
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Ok have updated the spreadsheet I believe that may give you some idea.

There are 2 tabs, in the address tab i want to be able to add new customers so therefore creating my database.(maybe this can be done with some kind of macro popup window that will ask for details, that in turn will be added onto the list.)

On the mileage tab i want to be able to select the 'from' or 'to' cells and be able to choose the postcodes required that are listed in the address book.

I think the mileage between the 2 will have to be entered manually, after a google map, as I think this may complicate things for now.

Once I have a reasonable database I may be looking in the future to have the workbook work it out some how (not even sure this bits possible).

Hope that gives you a little more to go on
