How to copy a row and keep the formula going

I have downloaded a file and I have had a play about with it and think it is great, thou I want to know is there a way I can add more employees to each month instead of having more sheets? I have inserted extra rows and put names in but how do I do and keep a 4 on and 4 off shift for each person because they're 4 days don't all run together, do you know if there is a way I can do this? or can you point me in the right direction to learn this. I have attached a copy of the file I am working on if you would like to have a look.

    put simply no

not without having to re-code pretty much every single cell on that sheet
then after recoding the cells themselves you will need to redo the conditional formats as well

the sheet is simply not designed to do more than one set of rules

i'm sure the guys at vertex42 have a multi person rotation schedule set up but i doubt they will be giving that one away for free
