Change cell references/text in whole marked cell range from K10 to $K$10 ?

Assume I have setup a formula like

    = A5 + K10

in multiple cells in a worksheet.

Now I want to mark a certain range (rectangle of cells) on a worksheet and replace (as text) the cell reference
from K10 to $K$10 so that the formula(s) after replacement looks everywhere as

    = A5 + $K$10

    How can I do this?

I found no "Replace string" or similar context menu

Find and replace (Ctrl & F) will perform this action for you. Under options make sure that "look in" is set to "Formulas"
    Rule 1: Never merge cells
    Rule 2: See rule 1
