How to Compare two lists to create a list of items to another list?

Basically I am comparing two similar records. They are numbers but what I need to do is to create a list of records that are not found in the next record. I tired using conditioning but I just have so many that I can't really use that method. All I want to do is to generate a list of what records are not found in the next record. (Which number was not found in the next list in a separate list from the two).online.xlsx

I am not comparing cell to cell, they are from list to list.
