Using a VLOOKUP and Match to multiply on certain dates

    Hi Everyone,

I am having issues and really don't know where to start. I have a spreadsheet with dates in Row 1 from B to IL, 5/1/2014 to 12/31/2014. In column A I have names. This information repeats on line 1000. I have data on another sheet with a list of names as well and the same dates(Calculation). I have attached the spreadsheet so this will make sense. What I need is a formula to match the name and date and multiple the value from Range 1-999 and 1000-1999. For example If John Doe received a score on 6/7/2014 of 5.67 (range 1-999 from sheet DOD_MyVOC), and that was 3 scores (range 1000-1999, sheet DOD_MyVOC), I need these multiplied and added to the Sheet Calculation on the cell that matches John Doe and 6/7/2014.
I really hope this makes sense.
