Pull data to Word control content from Excel spreadsheet

I'm working on a project and I'm at a loss for how to proceed. I have a Word template using control contents and an Excel spreadsheet that contains a list of red light photo enforcement violations. I am trying to link Excel to Word so that the user can select the Violation Number and it will automatically populate the control content cells. My idea is to somehow make the Violation Number a drop down box, but because there's new data added daily, the choices in the drop down box would need to be updated daily. I'd appreciate any ideas you may be able offer.

Food for thought:

How will you determine whether a violation has been created?

Would you like to select multiple violations and create at once?

Would you like to printout the same?

Create a Word Template. Simply load the Violation form, Save As, Select Macro Enabled Template. Save it to the same folder where the excel file is.

Change the path under the Create Letter button. This currently saves the Created file back into the same folder, but if this is not to your satisfaction, we can change it to another location.
