Hi, please help with a formula to calculate time period as in the attachment.

=MOD(D5-B5,1) gives 10:00 cell formatted hh:mm
if you want a decimal number of hours
=MOD(D5-B5,1)*24 cell formatted general

i'm with special k here i didn't notice it was 2 days

so the answer should be 34 hours 9:30 to 9:30 is 24 , 9:30 to 19:30 is 10 total 34
so as special k said =(c5+d5)-(a5+b5) format cells [hh]:mm to get 34:00
or
=((C5+D5)-(A5+B5))*24 format cells general to get 34
