HELP! vBa code for duplicate result

Hello everyone!

What should be the best VBa Code for this situation...?

I would like to check that if the display results of column B would have duplicate results then the duplicate would automatically be deleted.

I am using vlookup formula on column B and at the end of the table in column B, it duplicates the last entry when the table range referenced is empty or something like that. I'm really not sure why... So what happens is, the last display result in B77 is valid but the B78 displays the same result with B77 even though the vlookup formula for both cells are different.

Thank you for your response.. I saw the link already and looked at the case presented there.. Though there are similarities in the cases we have, the thing with my problem is that I needed to delete the ROW on the cells where there is a duplicate, particularly in Column B. Whereas the site was only looking to recognize the duplicates in the specified column in order to identify which ID's had the same number and not necessarily to delete the row itself.
