Change layout appearance for addresses

Hello.

I'm trying to make it so my spreadsheets are a bit more presentable, but also effecient

In the attachment, this is an example of what I'm working with.

I didn't create this spreadsheet but I've now been tasked with keeping it updated.
If you're like me you'd have shivered at the way this spreadsheet has been done (it was a lot worse before I got access to it)

What I'd like to do is change it so each company takes up one row.

I can do this with changing the address to be address line 1, postcode, tel no etc. in columns, and no.12 column to have ABCD in their own columns. However I'd like it to keep the same/similar appearance it is now.

So instead of the address being shown horizontally, I'd like it shown like it is now. (The same for no.12)

Is this possible?

+ The reason why I'd like it on one row is I hope to in the future create a database. But this will need to export certain data to excel
