Matching same values with corresponding coumns?

Okay I am trying to match the company names in my excel sheets. Once I have the names matched, there is corresponding data that goes along with them. I am trying to match the names and combine the data that are in their columns by adding the extra columns that contain the info into one spreadsheetUtilityMerger.xlsx. I am also trying to show the ones that do not match to appear at the bottom of the list.
Essentially I am combing two lists to create one list but without data loss. If anyone can help, thanks!

(In the file, I have one list on the first sheet and the next I have it on the second sheet)

OWNER EDU TAX TXRTAREA TAX FEE...............Trying to Add the UCN and Y/N (These are not labeled on the second list)
