Round Up In Formula

This should be an easy one. I have a formula which reads: "$B$6*1.5" B6=3.15 so the answer is populated to cell d23 is 4.725 but I need to round up for the calculation to be 4.73 not 4.725. Is the roundup formula not correct? I tried "=$B$6*1.5,=Roundup(d23,2)"

Any help would be appreciated.
