Printing race numbers centered top & bottom

Thanks to this forum I figured out how to print one cell per page with it centered. So now my question is this...how do I get it to center 'top to bottom'. I serve on the board for my local Humane Society & need to print #'s for our Pet Parade participates (think bib #s for a race).

Below is what I used to get this far....

You might also try:
Page Layout Tab
Scale to Fit section
Set both Width & Height to Automatic
Scale to 400%

also in
In Page Setup section; On Print Titles: Margins; Center on page Horozontally & Vertically should be checked. Click OK.
