Reading same data in different sheet

I need help.

In sheet 1 data 123. In sheet2 there is also data 123. In sheet3 will automatically data that is same 123 after reading sheet1 & sheet2. Any data with figure that is same in sheet1 and sheet2 will be reading in sheet3.

Thank you Punnam. The formula u give if figure 123 in same row. If Sheet1 123 in row A1, Sheet2 123 in row A9 . What formula could be used.

Dragavs, I try use this formula and change

=IF(Sheet1!A1=Sheet2!A9,INDIRECT("Sheet1"&"!"&ADDRESS(ROW(),COLUMN())),"F")

but the result still F
