Re-order elements in the Data Label

My boss does not want the default order of various elements in the Data label. So I need to reorder.

The attached file contains the example:

The pie chart uses H1:I2 as the data source;
I then used the "more lable options" to add "Value from Cells" and selected the range: J1:J2.

I want the Lable to appear in the format "Boys,B,25" and not the default format : "B,Boys,25"

Will be thankful for any insignts.
