    @Pig59

    1 advice you to store the data in a table.

    Week in column C.

    Values in Column D.

    The it is easy to analyze your data with an pivot table.

    Not sure exactly what are you trying to achieve. But try this to see if this is what you want....

    If this is not what you are trying to achieve, better upload a sample workbook with the desired output filled manually.

    Hi

    Column A13:A19, Column B13:B19 and column E13:E19 are array formula? Press same time Ctrl+Shift+Enter, NOT ENTER then copy down!

    Rest are normal formula by just Enter??

    See the files

    Re: How to get last weeks names in last weeks positions

    Thank you this sort of worked but I need the information in column A to stay the same ie 1 to 7 but the other columns to change after I put the next weeks figs in and for H column for last weeks position to change and match the new position in the B Column names ie week one c was in the 1st position and week 2 he moved to 4th position so that I can see last weeks position I need it to read position 4 name c then the weeks and grand total and in last week position column I it show position 1 but on the same line as the new position
