Hyperlinking mulitple PDf's automatically

Hi there,

I have a full 180,000 list of names in one coloumn in an excel spreadsheet. Each one of these names has an individual PDF associated to it. Now i do not want have to go in and hyperlink each one one by one, so i need to somehow link them all automatically. Each PDF is named "Cert1" to "Cert180000" in order. Can you please advise how i can get all these pdf's linked automatically starting with "Cert1" at the top and then "Cert180000" at the bottom.
