Thumbs up Appending a word "point" according to decimal value in preceding cell

    HI!

    Good evening!

    I use MS Office 2007

    I have two columns:

A: with numeric values with decimals
B: with converted numeric values into alphabets.

    eg:

221669.63 TWO HUNDRED TWENTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY NINE AND SIXTY THREE CENTS
175775.6 ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE AND SIXTY CENTS
181012.48 ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND TWELVE AND FORTY EIGHT CENTS
173499.69 ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE AND SIXTY NINE CENTS
162703.08 ONE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THREE AND EIGHT CENTS
250583.06 TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE AND SIX CENTS
193353.16 ONE HUNDRED NINETY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE AND SIXTEEN CENTS
213923.84 TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE AND EIGHTY FOUR CENTS
198285.36 ONE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE AND THIRTY SIX CENTS
250583.06 TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE AND SIX CENTS
171742.14 ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY TWO AND FOURTEEN CENTS
221669.63 TWO HUNDRED TWENTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY NINE AND SIXTY THREE CENTS
250583.06 TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE AND SIX CENTS
210930.72 TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY AND SEVENTY TWO CENTS
181012.48 ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND TWELVE AND FORTY EIGHT CENTS
190023.47 ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND TWENTY THREE AND FORTY SEVEN CENTS
171742.14 ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY TWO AND FOURTEEN CENTS

    Expected result :

TWO HUNDRED TWENTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY NINE AND SIXTY THREE CENTS
ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE AND SIXTY CENTS
ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND TWELVE AND FORTY EIGHT CENTS
ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE AND SIXTY NINE CENTS
ONE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THREE AND POINT EIGHT CENTS
TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE AND POINT SIX CENTS
ONE HUNDRED NINETY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE AND SIXTEEN CENTS
TWO HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE AND EIGHTY FOUR CENTS
ONE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE AND THIRTY SIX CENTS
TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE AND POINT SIX CENTS
ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY TWO AND FOURTEEN CENTS
TWO HUNDRED TWENTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY NINE AND SIXTY THREE CENTS
TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE AND POINT SIX CENTS
TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY AND SEVENTY TWO CENTS
ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND TWELVE AND FORTY EIGHT CENTS
ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND TWENTY THREE AND FORTY SEVEN CENTS
ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY TWO AND FOURTEEN CENTS

    Suggestion:

A: if a decimal value arises with "0"(zero) after a "."(period)
B: should append a word "POINT " along with a <space> after the word "AND" encounters.

Note: I have mentioned "POINT" as BOLD and COLORED just to recognize them.

Please refer to the attached 'Excel file'- POINT.xlsx

    Appreciate your early reply!

    Thank you

This can be done. However your requirement for "Point 1 cents" sound a bt odd implying (to me) a fraction (1/10) of a cent.

Also, do you want a currency name (dollars??) in there?

Try this. I have left "Dollars" in there, at least for the moment...

Ha Ha Norie; you may well be right that the OP just wants to convert the incorrect formula answer to the correct one.
