Lookup values according to Text

I am trying to create a fantasy football cheat sheet from scratch. I have about 300 players on this list. I already manually put in the team that each player plays for. I was hoping that there is a way that I can create a separate table for all 32 teams and put the bye week, strength of schedule, etc in that table and then in my list of 300 players I can reference that table.

So if a player plays for Minesota, for their bye week field I can say (Look up byeweek according to the text "MIN") and it will put 10 in the cell.

Hopefully this is possible. Please let me know!
