Exclamation #value error - please help!

Please help! I can't get this figured out to save my life!! Please see the attached. All I am trying to do is to get the Customer page to copy the information from the Prospective Customer page. I am entering the following formula ='Prospective Customer'!C2:E2 and all that comes back is #VALUE. I have tried trouble shooting and can't figure it out. Please help, thanks in advance so much!

    Hi,

You are close. Just change the formula to
    Formula: copy to clipboard
    ='Prospective Customer'!C2
and drag it down. When dealing with merged cells, you only need to refer to the upper-left most cell.

    I hope this helps
