Error fsdde.exe

Hello good day
I have a Windows Server 2003 and performing some processes via SAP to make some statements and everything worked fine until a week ago the process became very slow
Processes was performed in 10 min, now performed in 2 hours with errors
At first we thought the disk was saturatingb by temp, so we free space on C:, but these problems persist
The files are generated using Excel files with mySQL databases and when you start the process get errors like

Error in Excel file vs BDD: The connection was closed. A connection that was expected to keep active was closed by the server

When looking inside the server that sends this error message in Excel
Remote data not accesible
To Access this data Excel needs to start another application. Some legitimate applications on your computer could be used maliciously to spread viruses or damage your computer. Only click YES if you trust the source of this workbook and you want to let the workbook start the application.
Start application FSDDE.EXE?

We believe that the server tries to access an Excel process, however the server does not allow it and ends
QUESTION
Someone had a similar problem or know what they are FSDDE.EXE?
