File Opening Error

Hi friends,

I used a excel file to save the stocks and customer details of my shop "ADVENTURE AUTOMOTIVES".
I didn't used the file for a quite long time.
It was protected with a file open password.
I forgot that password and I really need for the details.
I know I can't post these questions. But I don't know where to find help for this.
Please excuse me for the mistake and help me.
