Date picker in submitted and completed column

Hi all. I have a problem here. I want to add a date picker in Column H and I. So i will not enter them manually. Also, i want to have my name to appear in column b when i double clicked the cell. For column a, i want to automatically add the word "CSA" after entering the numbers. Is this doable?

When i click the cells in Column H and I, i want it to show the date picker instead of typing them manually. So I can choose the date. is it clear now?

I'm unaware of how to make anything appear just by double clicking. Seems easier to just copy and paste. Adding CSA required a helper comment. See attached.
