"FALSE" result outcome problem

I have the following formula that works however I get a “FALSE” outcome when it doesn’t have the right answer.
Is there a way to remove the FALSE outcome with a blank outcome, i.e. “”

Try this (untested)...
=IF(OR($L4={"L","P"}),"",IF($L4="S",VLOOKUP(H4,Arrays!B:E,3,0)*IF($A4="WPA",'HESG Funding'!$C$4,1),""))

Also, I took the liberty if simplifying it slightly

Thanks, but whilst it removed the problem, your simplification did not meet the criteria for the end results.
I did however manage a solution

if there is an easier way to reduce the code it would be most helpful, but it works as the false was coming from a Blank cell at L4 which has been rectified by adding the if to the front.
